Teague is a design consultancy that creates new products and experiences from emerging technologies and human aspirations for a better world. I worked on a large range of projects and collaborated closely with creative directors, industrial designers, builders and researchers. I generated design concepts and solutions for a variety of branded experience touch points on projects including corporate identity, brand guidelines, marketing materials, interactive experiences, motion graphics, livery, environmental graphics and presentation support.

Mr. West is your neighborhood cafe, wine shop, and bar, all conveniently wrapped in one space. A handsome and comfortable environment that feels good to be in morning, noon and night. The concept takes inspiration from European cafe culture, one in which a well made espresso, a glass of wine, a pint of beer, and a delicious snack are commonplace. We opened our first location in 2015 in the Denny Triangle neighborhood of Seattle and the second in University Village in the summer of 2019.
I created the brand identity, menu design, exterior signage + wayfinding, packaging, website design, apparel design, event marketing, interior design, merchandising and photo styling to name a few.
When covid hit, we had to work hard to keep up with the times and to stay open of course. We had to follow the new restaurant protocols by creating signage, togo retail offerings and build a new online site to make it easy for guests to order togo food. Our work paid off and business is thriving even more because of it.

Established in 2010 in the charming neighborhood of Madrona, Seattle, Bottlehouse continues to offer an intimate environment that is both educational and entertaining. They highlight a revolving menu of the best wines from the PNW and around the world. From garden wine parties to curated small-production finds in the shop and bar, they offer a very unique and dynamic experience with an array of wines and beer, as well as artisan cheeses and cured meats.
I’ve been involved with Bottlehouse since they opened. The owners, also dear friends, had a vision to create a wine bar “with benefits”. I maintained and developed the brand for 7+ yrs through menu design, retail signage and wayfinding, packaging, website design, apparel design, event marketing, merchandising and photo styling to name a few.

Grown on Orcas Island from hand harvested orchard fruit, Girl Meets Dirt wines are pressed by them, and spontaneously fermented & bottled method ancestrale for natural bubbles.
It was very exciting when they decided to add wine to their product list. Using the brand guidelines established from their original guidelines for the jams, we were able to branch off that to create a cohesive look and feel for the wines, while equally making it a stand alone brand as well.

Girl Meets Dirt offers heritage preserves inspired by the long history of orchard keeping on Orcas Island, Washington. A craving for the highest quality, locally sourced, organic fruit preserves nature and careful craft can provide. They have award winning jams, shrubs and bitters. They pair single varietal fruit, many from trees that have been producing for over a century, with fair trade organic cane sugar, organic lemon, and classically prepare it by hand – in seasoned copper pans – in their island kitchen.
The brand was already established. We came in to clean it up and invoke guidelines to maintain overall brand consistency amongst the variety of products and to make it easy to add future products with product labels and other fun packaging. Also designed a fresh new website for them in shopify!

Feed Co. Burgers is your neighborhood spot for the perfect burgers, beer and tasty shakes – all locally sourced ingredients. This casual counter service restaurant opened in 2016 on the ground floor of the Stencil Apartment Building on Union in Seattle’s Central District. As for the overall vibe, think rural roadside meets urban cool. There are concrete pillars, high ceilings, wood counters and giant windows, all the better for natural light and people watching.

There are only two rules at Flatstick Pub: drink local and have fun. Their third and largest location opened in the summer of 2018. It encompasses 11,000 square feet within the historic facade of the former William O. McKay Ford and Pacific Lincoln Mercury auto showrooms in the South Lake Union neighborhood of Seattle. The remodeled space houses a restaurant and bar, private party spaces including a room with its own private bar, a mini golf arena and areas with the Pub’s own proprietary games. We created room dividers to help break up the bar, dining and private party areas. To help navigate people throughout massive space, we focused on wayfinding – including a large illuminated ‘BAR’ sign and salvaged duffleboard letters. Because the building is an historic landmark, we had to work very closely with National Sign Co. to ensure we were meeting all requirements when designing the outside signage. We also coordinated with the local mural artists. The biggest challenge we faced was designing the website. It had to be one site with multiple locations, plus the ability to add future locations.

Pablo y Pablo is a Mexican restaurant and bar opened in Wallingford, Seattle in 2017. By bringing together combination of diverse tastes on the menu in a warm and inviting environment, they strive to evoke the same harmonious spirits of Pablo Picasso and Pablo Neruda; two artists who’s friendship found a common cause in both art and peace from different corners of the world. Pablo y Pablo aims to give a genuine dining experience to guests that’s just as warm and energized as these two artists and their lasting friendship.

We teamed up with Tom Douglas in 2015 to help brand his 13th restaurant in Seattle. The Carlile Room is inspired by singer/songwriter and Seattle resident, Brandi Carlile. With references to the explosive vibes of the late-sixties/early-seventies in its décor and classic seventies-era lounge cocktails, The Carlile Room presents a thoroughly modern and progressive menu with “plant house” features and local meats. The branding is designed to delight, tease and tickle your senses, its funky personality is rooted in lush, rhythmic and bold patterns. The Carlile Room entertains the senses and cultivates a vibrant atmosphere.

I helped curate and create this entire experience that showcased the why and how of what they do. Everything from the board graphics and wayfinding to the giant interactive post-it wall.
"Everything we do at Brooks centers around the runner. Our focus is so sharp, in fact, we created a state-of-the art research lab that spends all of its time pondering one thing…how to make YOUR run better.
Creating the best running footwear and apparel begins with a deep knowledge of science and technology — biomechanics, physiology, new materials, rapid prototyping, it all filters into and influences our run.
Step inside to meet the minds behind the madness and sneak-a-peek at some of the materials that could help make every runner the best version of themselves today and into the future."

The Seattle Symphony is a non-profit organization with an in-house design department. I worked very closely with the art director and the marketing and public relations teams. I have been a part of five different seasons here at the symphony. I’ve produced countless numbers of brochures, print and web ads, concert posters, postcards and many other marketing materials. I also worked a great deal with our education and development departments.

The primary goal of Ladybug House, a non-profit organization, is to build and operate a freestanding, community-based palliative care home in Seattle to offer a place for respite and renewal to families and their children with life-limiting illnesses. I created the brand identity and created guidelines for future volunteer designers. I designed the website and created marketing materials both print, digital and environmental. I also helped organized campaigns and even became an official hospice volunteer. Please visit the website to learn more and perhaps it will speak to you and you too will be compelled to help.

A wholesale catalog wine accessories company with an in-house design department. This was my very first job when I moved to Seattle in 2007! As the brand leader, my job was to develop an all new consistent brand look and style guide. I repackaged the entire 400 sku product line, oversaw design development of over 200 new products, created several product catalogs, seasonal mailers, and other needed marketing materials. Additional duties include new product design and project management of designers, interns, photographers and copywriters.
